I ate raw honey 2- 3 times day to help stop sinuses from going into infection. I love raw honey❤❤❤

This past January, I pricked my finger with a mesquite thorn and it got infected very badly. It happened fast- it was obviously an extremely aggressive bug. I spread honey over my finger, put a glove on to keep it in place, and the pain and swelling began getting better quickly. I would say it worked even better than an antibiotic pill, not to mention it was immediate. As fast as that infection got going, if I had waited for a doctors appointment it could have spread through my whole hand or even up my arm.

I knew raw honey was good for you, but I didn’t realize that it did so much! I can get raw honey at the grocery store and also sometimes from the local feed store which is great because the feed store carries local honey when they have it. I have put turmeric, ground pepper flakes, ground ginger and a little homemade vanilla extract. It had almost a caramel taste. Many Blessings!

In the spring when the white pines have tender young growth, i break the "candles" off and stick them in a quart jar. I then add honey to the top and make sure the candles are completely covered and no air bubbles. I then put a coffee filter to cover with a rubber band. Sit in a sunny window for a few weeks to allow the moisture to evap. You can leave them in the jar or strain. Excellent cough syrup and for colds or flu. The candles are so good to munch on for the same benefits. Be sure to seal the jar with a lid. Store in a cool dark spot.

I take 3 Tablespoons of honey everyday for my sinuses, don't have problems anymore. I use my raw honey in my coffee, and I use maple syrup when I bake. Refined sugar I don't use. Also I've used honey for burns. Miracle medicine from the bees, and from God. Ty Heidi for a great show.

My husband had horrible food poisoning from a Chinese buffet; we gave him a spoonful and it cleared within an hour.

Thank you Heidi! I use honey to sweeten my herbal cold teas (especially love strawberry leaves, peppermint leaves, lemon balm, with a few mulled cucumbers, slice of pears, or another fruit like strawberries, and especially love them all together). Not crazy about sweet drinks so I don't sweeten it much but I get some honey in that way. And it's delicious.)

I’m a little, as my adult nephew says, “intentional” about putting honey in my hot tea (or hot anything). I read that over 140 degrees, honey loses a lot of its medicinal value. Sooo, I have a little digital meat thermometer that I use for making sure my tea is below 140, before adding the honey. 😊 Otherwise, I feel I’m just wasting the honey. Thank you, Heidi…this was great information! Have a blessed Christmas!

Besides using honey in tea, I also put it in my coffee. Very good.

Heidi I have 14 bee hives so lots of fresh honey. I use it for everything in place of sugar. My husband is bed fast with ALS and had some wounds on his legs which we healed with honey. I make garlic honey, elderberry with added honey and I add it to all my hot herbal teas. Another great video. By the way I received my vacuum chamber a few weeks ago and LOVE it. Merry Christmas and God bless.

Thanks so much for this video. Just today I was feeling so guilty for having indulged in some honey--not that much, a tsp in my tea and a tsp or so in my oatmeal. But still I felt guilty. Some of these no-carb channels get me down a bit because they don't differentiate between good carbs and not-so-good carbs. So....I'm going to enjoy my honey! ☺ 🧡

I just made my first batch of your honey infused garlic. I am going to try it 3 times a day in an attempt to clear up sinus infection. Dr's can't help. This has been going on for years. Very excited at the prospect of finally clearing this up.

Another wonderful gift from God! Leave it as much as possible in it's natural state and all the constituents of it work together - just as God created it.

I'm also so happy that you had mentioned the Azure Orange Blossom honey - I got some last month and it's FANTASTIC for my garlic....and so much more. And that is a great idea on using the honey in the vinegars. I have some tinctures that I'm making with vodka - tempted to add some honey in them now also!

Thank you again for all your great content - God definitely gave you the gift of teaching! God bless!!

Twice I have cut my thumb with a knife while cutting up vegetables. The cuts were very deep and my husband thought I should go to urgent care to get stitches. Instead I placed manuka honey on them and place bandages over them. I did that twice a day or if I got the bandage wet. In about a week the cuts were healed so well, you couldn’t even see where the cuts were. If I had gotten stitches, scars would have formed. I am a true believer in the healing benefits of manuka honey. I thank Stacy at Off Grid with Doug and Stacy for helping her cat who had a deep open cut on its neck. Have a blessed Christmas season.

Ty! I really appreciate how you take so much time doing such extensive thorough research. I think I'll take a tablespoon of honey everyday for all those properties.
