Food that Affect Teeth, These Drinks and Foods Can Impact your oral health. Your diet has a significant impact on your oral health. In this video, we explore how different foods and drinks affect your teeth and gums.

Sugar is a major culprit in causing tooth decay. Sugary foods and drinks create an acidic environment in the mouth, which can erode tooth enamel and lead to cavities. We discuss how to minimize the impact of sugar on your dental health and a sugar called xylitol that can actually clean and improve your teeth.

Acidic foods and drinks, such as citrus fruits and juices, can also erode tooth enamel and cause sensitivity. We provide tips on how to enjoy these foods and drinks without compromising dental health.

Beyond what you consume, your digestive health also plays a crucial role in maintaining a healthy mouth. Poor digestion can lead to a buildup of harmful bacteria in the mouth, which can cause gum disease, bad breath, and tooth decay. We explain how to improve digestive health for better oral health.

What food or drink would be the hardest for you to get rid of or add into your diet? :)

I wish I had learned about you 20 years ago. I have never been introduced to anyone, even dentistry professionals, who possess and are willing to share as much knowledge as you. Thank you for your priceless service to humankind and your generosity and selflessness.

1. Food to alkalizes your mouth:
Protein, fats, avocado, cheese, oil. Eat cheese after a meal. Or drink whole milk after meal. Strawberry and raspberry contain xylitol, alkalizes your mouth.
2.Foods that provide minerals fully digested. - probiotics foods, saurkraut, sourdough, yoghurt, pickles.
3. Foods help minerals to be absorbed - banana with yoghurt or dairy
To regrow receding gums: to support healing are yoghurt with fresh pineapple.
Start a meal with a small amount of yoghurt and fibrous pineapple.

I found out i had gum disease which was very stressful the Dentist cleaned away plaque build up and 2 weeks later i was back due to pain and some swelling. The plaque had grown back and there was calcification. This was so stressful and disappointing i had read about your treatment and was waiting for my products to v arrive. 2 two weeks in ive been diligently following your plan with brushing rinses xylitol gum eating apples after meals at my next check up the pockets are getting smaller no plaque i still have some areas that have gum disease but such a massive improvement. I just know if i continue on i will have healthy gums. I spoke to the Dentist about you and encouraged her to let others know of your products. So thankful to you Dr Ellie and your amazing research and ptogram that really works. 😃😁

You are kind. My dentist wants me to come back, but never gives a word of advice. Thank you.

Ever since i stopped eating refined sugar (cakes, cookies, donuts, chocolate bars, soda pop, etc), i have no cavities found at my dental checkups. Now I still eat plenty of fruit, (and drink non alcoholic beer instead of soda), but for some reason fruit does not give me cavities.

I am currently 32 and already having problems with my receding gums and black triangles. I am feeling very hopeless/devastated because my dentists told me that there is no chance to grow back my gums. I have been following you for a while and will try to get whatever you have recommend in your complete mouthcare system. I really hope it works. I really do 😢❤

Dr Ellie, I first saw the video on your system a week ago and have been using it a few days now. I feel like you have given me the most wonderful, valuable Christmas gift ever. I was very self conscious about my dental hygiene not trusting that it was adequate. This was making me a bit standoffish and not wanting to smile fully. Now my mouth is fresh and clean and I am confident that any issue would be corrected if I follow this plan. I am already feeling more confident and happy. Will be sharing in with my family. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you.

Making sure sugar is not the last thing on my teeth at the end of my meals is the best knowledge I have ever learned. Thank you.🥰

Tablespoon of yogurt with chopped fresh pineapple. Raw pineapple from close to the center of the pineapple, not the outside

Thank you, Dr. Ellie! Time to go grocery shopping for tooth friendly foods. I'm in my early 50s and since I read your book, Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye, and started using your mouth care system, I feel so much more confident that I will age with healthy teeth and gums. You are one of my top knowledge sources for aging the best way.

PS: You look great in bright blue!

I am 77 years young, I have never had a dentist that informed me about the amazing properties that Xylitol has displayed! I think that shows what a mercenary bunch that is in the dental field, and if you don’t agree, why?

Just recently found your channel and subscribed today!! My teeth suddenly started getting worse in the past couple years and I am terrified of the Dentist because I have had SO many disastrous events including a dentist that "accidentally: Injected Novocain into my salivary gland destroying it permanently.. of course I suffer from chronic dry mouth... I gave ups Soda drinks after that but substituted with sparkling water with no sugar... watching this has me freaked out because I love sparkling water!!!
