Remineralization is a natural process that restores minerals to your tooth enamel, helping to strengthen and protect your teeth.

Use caution against excessive consumption of acidic drinks, which can erode tooth enamel. Such as sparkling water and soda.

The best time of day for remineralizing is in the afternoon when saliva production is at its peak. Saliva is a natural source of minerals and helps to neutralize acids in the mouth, making it an ideal time for promoting remineralization.

You'll have a better understanding of the benefits of remineralizing tooth enamel and the steps you can take to promote healthy teeth and gums.

I worked for a Dentist named James Willcot and he was deeply immersed in Eastern Medicine. He replaced the amalgam filling that I had in a secondary molar, which is the ONLY filling that I have ever had. He replaced it with a composite filling, in many layers very slowly and educated me that cold makes composite fillings shrink and hot makes them expand. He told me that teeth and gums have the ability to repair themselves and he was the ONLY Dentist that I ever worked for that has said that. That composite filling was done 29yrs ago and still going strong because I maintained excellent home oral care and a food eating lifestyle change. The human body is truly amazing and very incredible. What we were always taught about teeth & gums is going to be completely flipped upside down, once all the truth comes out that we as many generations have been misled about the ability of our teeth and gums to heal themselves!....

I'm very grateful for this piece of advice! That means that I can get healthy with fasting and get my teeth to heal at the same time on a regular basis!

I was so happy to discover Dr Ellie on my feed. The cost of going to the dentist here in Australia is outrageous but this has given me hope -and knowledge - about maintaining my oral health. This is amazing! Have started putting things into practice and am noticing a change already. 🥳

This has been a real game changer for me. Even though, I try to eat healthy, , I used to sip coffee all the time, snacking all the time and my teeth were building plaque, gums were receding developing packets, I was to the point where I had to go for a dental cleaning 3x a year and thought that it is the only solution even though my mouth really never completely healed.

I quit coffee or only drink a cup with a breakfast occasionally. I started implementing at least two hour breaks from any food or water between meals during a day while chewing xylitol gum or a xylitol mint after lunch and I started rinsing my mouth, brush and massage my gums and I stopped flossing too as Dr. Phillips recommends.

First of all I think my metabolism really reacted to this in very positive way. I think it learned how to burn more fat, I lost some weight and the best part is that I have not had to go for a dental cleaning for almost a year and half. My gums are coming back and I think I’m truly ready to kiss my dentist goodbye :) Thank you Dr. Phillips!

Thank you Dr. Ellie Phillips, this is very good information! Are you referring to the benefits of fasting?

I bought the Zellie's, but I wanted to return it without opening it, because it has Magnesium Stearate in it.
My concern is that Zellie's has Magnesium Stearate in it, which I don't want.
Do you have or can you make Zellie's without Magnesium Stearate in it?
Why did you include this hormone disruptor in the Zellie's?

I decided to try it, anyway, but I don't want the Magnesium Stearate in it...
Every time I use the mints, I remember that...

I already started to see a difference in my teeth, getting whiter. I also use your CloSys.

Would it stand to reason then that some intermittent fasting can be beneficial to oral health then?

What can be done if you have lost your ability to make saliva after cancer treatments? ( asking for a neighbor)❤

Shows the importance of good, nutritious and balanced diet, building blocks are needed to rebuilt. My dentist growing up never looked into diet, simply spread misinformation about all issues being a result of eating sweets, I rarely ate any sweets and we ate whatever food we could afford.

L argenine works like flouride to remineralise teeth and lessens sensitivity. For anyone who needs to know. And avoid sensidyn it causes sensitivity.

It would be great to know what, if anything, can be done to help enhance the remineralization, and Maybe help get our saliva to be more healthy

Yes yes I’m no dentist, but intermittent fasting combined with this method is perfect!! Once you consume all your calories you brush your teeth and then make sureee to swish around coconut oil in your mouth for about 30 minutes! The oil will kill the bacteria that erode your teeth, alkalinize and mineralize your saliva. Your teeth will be healing all day until you eat… and then repeat..

So like fasting for a few hours a day? Will that help?
