The waffle recipe I just made into a big pancake in a little saucepan cooked for a few minutes then and put under the grill as I didn’t have waffle maker. Added a few blueberries and raspberries on top it turned out delicious!

Buy your flax seeds whole…..and grind them in a coffee grinder. Put your own ground up flax seeds in freezer to dip out of for recipes. Flax can go rancid just sitting on a shelf. Very nutritious food.

Haven't had that in long time buck wheat waffles or pancakes . Oh boy that's a craving in its self .Waffles, ham and poached eggs on toast with fresh fruit, jelly, and syrup for waffles.

I'd rather just put the plain cream cheese with some vanilla as the filling on the waffle instead of the mixture with the leftover uncooked batter which contains at that point, raw egg.

Based on some of the comments, looks like there are a few people ignorant of what Keto diet is & confusing it with Atkins! Had to laugh out loud at comments that said this isn’t Keto! Honestly these are people who think Keto is a high protein, zero carb diet like Atkins! It is not ! Keto is a high fat, moderate protein & low carb diet! These recipes are perfect keto!

Nice video, but what about using the batter (talking about the waffles) that has egg in it and its not cooked. Is that safe?
