Dude I love your advice on this. Sold light bulbs over the phone for 10 years to maintenence guys I just learned the name of that very same 3 min call. Mirror matching them is something I've never put 2 and 2 together. In a different style of sale currently, but use the phone more than any other tool. Thanks man

+Mirror the energy and how the costumer talk so that you develop connection.
- Speed, dynamics, of the way they talk.

+Talk like you know each other.
- Be warm sales person
-Make your costumer warm
- Have updated, best scripts, don't sound scripted
-Really care about them
- Practice

Oh my gawd! My brain is full and "I'm gonna need a bigger book" 😂 I watched this 3 times to make sure I took good notes, and wow! I put slow down and stop, listen so many times, I feel so lucky to have access to such training. I tend to go fast when I'm excited I got a real person on the phone and not a vm. It's 3:25am and I gonna watch another one. In a different video he says train at home, not at work, but always be training 👍
