Are you looking to improve the range of motion in your shoulder, but you don't know where to start? Do you want to reach higher than ever before?

Many individuals live with a limited range of motion when it comes to their shoulders. This makes lifting things up over their head much more challenging.

To help you reach higher - we're going to guide you through a steadypace® lateral raise. This is a great exercise that strengthens your shoulders without requiring you to raise your arms above your head.

As you gain more and more strength, you will notice your shoulder's range of motion improve.

Remember to consistently perform this exercise 2-3 times per week and write down your results. The only expectation is that you give your very best effort.
