Omg I’m suffering mercilessly 😢 major positive 20/10 pain. Feels like my arm is coming off of my body if I move; it pops and grinds loudly. Sometimes if I forget (which is so dumb because why would you forget THAT pain?), the pain is so bad it nearly drops me to my knees. I’m woken up every couple of hours and have been a side sleeper my whole life. Can’t sleep on either side. I lay on my back and there’s constant knawing . A lot of midclavicular discomfort and pain goes down my arm, too. Glad I found this. Have a contrast arthrogram in June. I literally did nothing to cause this….

This is accurate. I had AC Joint surgery (Distal Clavicle Excision) 4 months ago, had a setback and when I run this test, I get the AC joint pain that you described.

Why is pain typically felt in the posterior shoulder and not anterior. I would have thought because the long head of biceps comes and attaches to the superior labrum, which is below the AC joint, that pain would therefore be felt anterior/superior as that’s where the tear/lesion would be. Just curious why you said posterior. Thanks

ok but what kind of pain we are talking about.. yeah, with my fingers down, when i apply pressure, i feel a discomfort on the posterior area, but iif i could grade to 1-10, would be a 3 max depending on the pressure applied

My MRI report says that i have antero inferior labral tear. The antero-inferior labral tear extends from 3-6 o'clock 3-5 o'clock position.
Doctor said it cant be treatable with medicine or therapy, he said surgery must..what should I do please let me know sir
