FIRST TIME IN CHINA 🇨🇳 -BEIJING- 12 Day tour with Trip A Deal for Under $2000

It wasn't on the bucket list but at a bargin price of $1800 to China for 12 days including flights its gotta be a steal right.

I did the 2 for 1 warriors deal and here is the 2nd vlog in the series. This is for our time in Beijing a good start to the tour. This is the tour I did link below.

There are long days one the bus and, we did 3 bullet trains. These first few days were great. Both tours we did while in Beijing I would recommend. Definitely worth checking out the tours they have on offer. This is my second Tria A deal Tour I've done and always great value.

Do you know what the people who didn’t do the optional tours did? Did they get driven back to the hotel?
Can you opt out of the commercial visits! Sit outside perhaps?

Just got back from this trip & it was full on! Still pretty hot over there!
Definitely bring lots of yuan or A$2, 000 to cover the optional tours & gratuities
Flight arrived after midnight & got to hotel at 3am, most of the hotels are far away from downtown
Definitely need a day to recover from flight before tour
Two bullet train rides plus a domestic flight took up a lot of the time!
Cheap package but a lot of hidden costs
Loved the Golden Mask & ERA shows & we met some lovely people in our group

We are going in October on the same deal. You mentioned in the other video about the breakfasts but how did you go with the Lunches/nighttime meals ? did you generally eat at the hotel or did you venture out to local restaurants ( assuming they were open when you got back !! )
