for over 25 years I couldn't do a pull up. everytime I made a goal it was just too overwhelming. I mean, 10 pull ups seemed like climbing the everest when I can barely do 1 negative pull up..

during the past 4 months, I forgot all the stupid goals and decided to just go to the park, hang in the bars and if I can, do 1 pull up or more, no failure, just doing it. fast forward today, I'm doing 10 in a row. and it's been one of the very few possitive things that gave me some motivation.

but that's not what matters the most to me. the actual value I gained was the habit. it was difficult to make rhe effort to do it before. now it's the opposite and I have to prevent myself from overtraining and take 1 or 2 days off a week.

and everytime I come back, I break a new personal record after rest.

I can do barely do 15 pull ups, but can hit over 100 push ups and 45/50 dips😅

For anyone looking for a realistic stat mine is : 15-20 pull ups in a row(with 10kg weight), 40-50 pushups in a row(inclined I e. Leg raised ), 20dips in a row, 50+ squats in a row

Got all of that aside from pull ups. I cant break 10 then i dip in strength and back down to like 8. Good slow and controlled form.

im glad i could already do the push ups, pull ups and squats when i started few weeks ago so i can already do kipping muscle up. i havent tried my max dips i always go for 10 when im training

I train pull ups every day nothing else lmao and I’ve always had good legs. Starting to get the dips up but my push ups are so bad…
