This is actually really helpful because if you look in the mirror and do what he was doing at the start of the video you’ll see that you won’t get that much back movement while if you do what he did to activate the back more you’ll see that you back is actually doing the movement way more.

You dont want to retract your shoulders, because traps will get more work instead of lats. Keep it neutral and try to contract your lats without extra movement in shoulders/arms

Still wrong. Never be at a 90 degree. Lean slightly forward. Check out Arnold’s form.

You should not have your lower back in fixed position. Do a normal row. See how Arnold did it.
