i really liked it and i want to see how much my thighs will really decrease in a week, i will write the results next Tuesday!

upd: i’m shocked.. but i really have lost 3 centimeters in my thighs in a week… i think this is such a great result because thighs have always been my problem.
wanna try another week with this workout and see more results ;)
