Pan size: 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) square pan
INGREDIENTS
½ cup (115g) salted butter
-Brown the butter in low heat until amber in colour. Set aside to cool.
2 ⅔ cups (265g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (100g) granulated erythritol
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 large egg
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract

-Use ⅔ of the batter as crust and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 10-12 minutes.

1 ½ cups (310g) fresh or frozen blueberries
¼ cup (50g) granulated erythritol
1 tablespoon (15mL) lemon juice
2 tablespoons (30mL) water
-Simmer in med low heat until blueberries are soft and mushy.
½ teaspoon (1g) xanthan gum
-Add the remaining batter as crumble.
-Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25-30 minutes.

I live in Alaska and my Red and Golden raspberries are ripening, going to try them, I'm sure they will work, probably a little more granulated swerve, but I will taste as I cook them and very carefully leave a few whole
