2 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon (4g) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (125ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 cup (100g) fresh blueberries

•Cream Cheese Layer•
4 ounces (115g) cream cheese at room temperature
2 tablespoons (25g) powdered erythritol
1 large egg at room temperature
1 teaspoon (4g) lemon extract

•Streusel Topping•
1/2 cup (50g) blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon (4g) cinnamon powder (optional)
2 tablespoons (25g) granulated erythritol
3 tablespoons (43g) chilled salted butter

•Cream Cheese Drizzle• (optional)
4 ounces (115g) cream cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon (4g) powdered erythritol (optional)
2 teaspoons (8ml) unsweetened almond milk (optional)

Creative is your thing dear K. I baked this deliciousness yesterday, drizzling it shortly I’m working in that besides taking care of my 15 months grandson. During the holidays I made four of your cookies and I have them in the freezer. I bake them in small batches because I’m the only keto at home and must of the time I’m fasting🤨
This cake is a 5 layers composition than together delivers a great deal of flavor that in conjunction with a cup of ☕️ or 🍵...need no more. Please write the books so I can store the recipes.
I’m ready for the chocolate cup cakes and scones 😋
As I said must of them I don’t eat them but I enjoy enormously making them.❤️

I made this and it was delicious, it was so good that i've actually made it twice already. I did have one problem both times with preparing the crumble part, both times it was more of a paste and clumpy when spread over the top. it still turned out well and has a nice crunch but would like to be able to sprinkle it on like in the video. overall 10/10 and 100% worth making.
