I tried these! But I used organic creamy almond butter instead of peanut butter and used maple syrup instead of honey. Came out so good!

1/3 honey
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt

For those with diabetes or on a Keto diet: Instead of honey, try monk fruit sweetener or Stevia sweetener.

Made these and added an extra egg white & scoop whey protein unflavored/unsweetened powder. Used 1/4 cup sweetener. So good!

Please put them in the freezer/fridge about 5 minutes before you cook. So much easier to handle. Also I added vanilla to my cookies
