Oh Imi! I’ve been doing this up- down arm swing for 3 days now. It’s a miracle! Years of pain in my shoulders and back of my neck and down my back is GONE! A big bear hug to you dear lady! God bless you! Two years of arm side swings and I lost 80 lbs. Unbelievable, but true. Thank you much!

73 years out. Always worked out at gym. Recently lost over 20lbs. That made me a bit flabby suddenly and lost very little belly fat. I've always been very stiff and tense. I think this is just what I need. I plan to do them faithfully. Thank you!

Thanks...I felt immediate relief and relaxation from doing those arms swings. Will include them into my mobility routine. I'm 69 and it's taken me months to recover from post viral syndrome. My main symptom has been pain and body stiffness. I'm getting there and this is a great help.🙏

I'm on day 2 and in complete shock. I've had debilitating lower back pain for over 2 years now. It was due to a knee injury that made me favor one leg for too long, and it harmed my back. This is my 2nd day doing these exercises, and I'm able to walk around in my house without being in excruciating pain. Thank you so much for these exercises
