I am a former fitness instructor and soccer player. The years of pounding have taken effect on my knees so I put on lots of weight. I am able to do your videos twice a day and have noticed a slimmer belly! Will do this again and again!

Dear Imi, I am from Knoxville, Tennessee USA, and a year ago I fell on my knee and it's been in pain since then. I thought I was going to have to get it operated on to walk normally again. I did this exercise for my back and was shocked at how it affected my knee! I was SO tight and stiff all over from not being able to walk properly, and this video has helped tremendously. I find myself doing 3-4 of your videos at a time. Much ❤️ to you. BTW I'm 72 years old.

It's my seventh day do this. I do two sets of this exercise and your 2 miles walking exercise twice a day. Morning and night. So, about 3 hours exercise per day. I just have to say how grateful I am to have found this video. I used to work as a costume character in an amusement park, and those things are heavy, especially the head. 3 years ago I did something to my neck muscles and my back and traps have been plagued with crippling knots that could leave me half immobile for weeks and in just immense pain. I've been doing this for a week now, and even after two times the knots that have been impossible to get undone have become undone and I have been sleeping like a baby. No more pain. My muscles feel AMAZING!! Plus, i have noticed a metabolic affect in my arms which has always been a trouble area for me, so double win. Anyways, that was a ramble but I just wanted to express my gratitude for taking 3 years of on and off pain away in just a few minutes.

I am over 70 and I have found that practically all of your walking sets as well as exercises are designed for all ages! They are very well organized and dont leave you exhausted, but energised. A million thanks and the best to you and everybody you love!

I do this workout with mom in 1 week, I have problem for digestion (sorry not poo* everyday) even I eat healthy foods everyday, but after I practice this yoga and balance autonomic nervous system yoga. It makes my digestion, body feels much better. I can poo* everyday now. I am 26 yo

And my mom's story (52 yo), she has problem with her right hand bcz fallen down from motorbike very pain to move, but after she does this yoga in almost 1 week. It likes a miracle, her hand recovers.

Thank you for having this. Not only did I reduce & maintain my waistline, my right frozen shoulder got better. I did this on Sat and Sun and it took a month to see result. I believed if I had done it daily, it is possible in 14 days to see result. Greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
