I just started a week ago and I noticed that I lost 1.5kg already .I regret that I did not take picture because I don't believe that this simple exercise will work but, now 100 % believe that this surely works....Now I will continue till I get old.Thank you very much...

I have been exercising with you since September. Sept. 20th I measured myself, then again today...15.25 inches!! At first, just you, then I bought a vibration plate, and combine the two. I have so much more energy. I absolutely love you!! And thank you for being so positive.

I’m 65 years old and for many years I had this headache, that started on my neck and became this annoying headache, was all of sudden, taken all the fun of living, but sense I started doing this exercise, MY HEADACHES ARE GONE!!! I can’t thank you enough! Your are a genius! I love the simplicity, the timer, so I can close my eyes e enjoy the exercise, not worry if I’m going to miss the next step! Thank you very, very much! Now I’m doing this exercise and the other one to lose some weight, but honestly, I don’t care, those exercises makes me feel great, and I LOVE IT! 👏👏👏I hope you will have dvds soon, so we can buy it.

Even when I was thin, I never had a waist. I DO NOW! I've been doing the sit and swing arms vid' a few times a week. Fantastic results. This standing version is even easier. LOVE IT!

I am amazed how well this works. It is better than some of the aerobic exercises I have done. It was more fun and easy on my body. I could easily do these every day. I began noticing a slimmer belly and waist as well as less stiffness in my back, shoulders, and neck. Thank you for introducing me to a more entertaining way to exercise. This video was excellent.
