10 minute full body dumbbell workout involving MAKERS! For those that have experienced the EPIC Program I know that many of you have loved these Makers so let’s go!!

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! You should need that rest!

All you will is a pair of dumbbells and a small area! The dumbbells I am using at 10kg each.

Try to keep form throughout! Back flat and keep looking ahead during the squats and presses!

TRICEP PUSH UPS
Keep elbows in by sides

MAKER

ALTERNATING RENEGADE ROWS
Open feet wider, kept legs and core so tight and try not to rock hips!

MAKER

PLANK TO CURL
Ensure heels of feet are on floor and look straight ahead before curling!

MAKER

HIGH SQUATS

MAKER

PUSH PRESS
Push through your heels to help drive dumbbells up!

MAKER

Treat each movement individually from the rows to the curls!

Remember to make each 40 seconds as challenging as you can!

Smash these 10 minutes!!

Loved this workout!! Did it as an add-on for Epic Heat Day 9. So much fun and VERY challenging!! A new favorite of mine!! I definitely will be doing this as an add-on to other workouts more frequently. I absolutely love the Maker!! Such a creative way to break it down in sections and get to the Maker throughout the workout. Love it Caroline! Thanks! Totally finished me off for the day!🤩

This is a bit uncanny, but I was checking out a maker video yesterday; Caroline made the video several months ago! Caroline, you were outdoors in the video! Love these quick, **extreme** workouts, and I especially love that you send them at a different time of day, as we are an international group of fanatics, in different time zones --- so it's a chance to switch up the routine a bit!! I only planned on a 20 minute yoga flow this morning then saw this new 10 minute workout. Perfect combo before heading in to work as a nurse manager. I will at least START my day stress free! Thank you for these awesome workouts. I have introduced them to my friends who are also hooked.
