Most of the products mentioned still have harsh “substitute ingredients” that aren’t as bad as what mainstream products use, but are still irritants none the less.
Let’s take Acure for example, they still use gums, irritants, preservatives and surfactants.
Not saying that these products are completely bad, but if you’re trying to be as clean as possible (like his brand promotes) I would stick to products with 100% whole food pronounceable ingredients.
Eg: Calia (they sell a 100% organic plant based shampoo and conditioner for different hair types with no sneaky filler ingredients)
Alaffia (they sell a 100% pure black African soap sourced from West Africa and a great skin cleanser)
Of course, do your own research and see what works best for you.

Bottom line is, just because it’s sold on thrive market doesn’t mean it’s the “BEST” like this video claims.

I actually rinse with baking soda only and floss Then if I am noticing a gum or lower tooth problem i use Thyme spice which is in dental Pro 7 ( advertised to work for dental problem?) Every since I've not had big problems so far I don't like artificial sweeteners too and I have heard honey doesn't rot your teeth yet citrus in the wrong combination can? Yet hey everyone's different * you know? I use Dr' Bonner's soap too And Avalone Organics Therapy shampoo as I had alopecia some hair loss (can be oil in the hair too I learned) anyway Rosemary and Biotin and wow in 2 weeks full hair!

Dr Bronners does use harsh scrubbers. Calcium carbonate.

I love how he says a gentle face wash as hes aggressively scrubbing his face lol. Anyway I use castile soap for shampoo. I havent gotten actual shampoo in years

i sometime use the dr bronner however it finishes in two weeks hence using the bulldog body wash which is more convenient

I understand that ingredients are very important but alcohol is third on the list on the shampoo alcohol is very drying for hair and over time can make your hair look dull
