Let us know what you think about these short form videos. We currently post one long form video a week and we are trying to post short videos a couple times a week in-between. Is this something you enjoy? Let us know. Dr. Maxfield will be making some short videos with me soon! As many of you know, I'm very active on other platforms and figured I would also share some of my best content here :)

To keep your skin healthy, here's what worked for me: Right after waking up in the morning, cleanse your face thoroughly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then moisturize my face. Riceberry includes antioxidants that shield the skin from free radicals, helping to prevent signs of aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Just wash it once in the morning and once before going to sleep. And keep moisturizing your face throughout the day. And don't forget sunscreen even when you are at home. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.

I have acne-prone skin. I have been using St. Ives for so many years, and so far, so good.

Those apricot scrubs are the only things that actually work for my face and I've spent $$$ on products, dermatologists, esthetitions etc.

Could you do one specifically on body acne (back & chest) please? Because of the large areas involved, some creams can get expensive. Bleaching/staining of clothing is also a concern.

Would love to see a video about how to communicate skincare needs with your derm to create an effective treatment plan. It’s easy to leave sometimes feeling more confused than before you go in.

I just wish people would stop suggesting one size fits all for acne. Some of us have hormonal acne and need retinoids and spironolactone. Not just throwing more sayacilic acid at it like we've been doing since we were 12 and hoping for the best.

I’m an esthetician and I have clients who use the body exfoliating gloves on their faces. I nearly faint every time I hear this.

I use the apricot scrub, but I’m gentle with it. It works wonders and my skin glows. 🥰

Panoxyl has been amazing for my acne prone skin. It’s like $11 on Amazon and it’s freaking great.

You have been so much help. I never have done a skin care routine till I turned 30 a few months ago and noticed my face was getting so dry 😐 and my personal trainer who is also been a long time friend said I should try a routine. I had no clue where to start because I remember most my girl friends had a 20 step routine back in high school and I remember getting so annoyed waiting for an hour or longer on them. Anyway I didn't want to do that and next thing I know one day you popped up in my suggestions to watch. I kid you not I was so happy to hear all I needed was a face cleanser lotion and sunscreen. I do use eye cream although I did grab the wrong one I wanted just a hydration one not for pigmentation and I use a exfoliator twice a week as well as a retinol and a vitamin c serum because i like how it brightens my skin that is just extra stuff and it still isn't much. You helped me save a lot of money and I love that you show expensive and affordable skin care products. Thank you for helping me
