It's even worse when you realize they are not actually gambling their own money or even the chat's money, no, they are paid/sponsored so they get 2 million $ to spend as they wish.

The streamer is never at risk of losing everything. Normal people are though.

This is just a Galton Board that has 50/50% probability of the ball going left or right at each peg. If you then calculate all possible paths, it forms a bell curve or normal (binomial) distribution. By the nature of this setup 65% of all balls will end up in the middle and almost none will go to the outer edges. Therefore, the only thing the casino has to manipulate is the actual payouts/deductions for hitting each slot - the rest is taken care of by the setup of the Galton Board.
