Oh Bincy, you are a sweetheart. I made these cookies. But I don't know why these are called sugar cookies. These should be called butter cookies. They are so damn buttery and delicious. Such an easy recipe and before I could realise, the whole batch was gone. I will be making these more and more often. Sorry couldn't take a picture, it was gone sooner than I thought.
