Two tablespoons of wheat germ contain 45 percent of the RDI of zinc. At least according to the label of the LEKITHOS organic wheat germ product that I use.

It sucks that I couldn't find any lead free oysters in the market... they have good zinc content and less mercury than tuna 😭
