1. With straight legs, bring your hands as close to your feet as possible on the ground.
2. Walk your hands out until they are directly under you shoulders and your body stays in a straight line
3. Lower the body, maintaining a straight line and push yourself back up
4. Walk your hands back to the starting position and repeat
5. Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise.
