In junior high school (1980), my friends and I would ride our BMX bikes all the way up Santa Anita to Chantry Flats. It would take just over 2 hours, we then would eat lunch at a picnic table. The ride back down was better than a roller coaster! Nowadays, all the kids are glued to their phones… 😢

the rock creature stories really intrigued me. Years ago I joined my sister for a photography session at a waterfall near where we lived and we were sitting by the boulders that decorated the waterfall and had some pictures taken. After a while, I was already feeling like we should head home. We were the only ones there at the time during the quiet afternoon. As I was moving away from the boulder I was seated to get ready to get to the car, something hit my back and I thought some seeds from the tall trees decided to fall on me. It shook me because even though it was a small thingy that hit me, it actually hurt! I started to quicken my pace and another one hit my back and I don't know what it was and I just thought some monkeys might be the culprit. I headed off to the car like a speeding bullet and never returned to that waterfall. I live in small town Malaysia btw. Just something I thought to share with the villagers, Dave and Huck!

I believe alot of these entities are able to shapeshift.
When I was about 5, my brother and I were in the forest trying to look at a robin's nest. Suddenly we felt a strong evil presence and saw a huge invisible force moving quickly through the trees towards us.
We ran out of those woods as fast as we could!

Back in 1927 my grandmother saw a fairy underneath an old building. She was playing hide and seek. She said it ran over the pipes. It really changed her for a long time.I believe her.She always talked about it. She grew up in Meadville Pa. The northwest corner of the state.

There are actual sightings of little people on Dartmoor (Devon, U.K.) I wild camp there a lot, There’s a sacred forest with miniature oak trees they call it Wistmans Wood not far from Dartmoor Prison, Locals scared to go into the woods at night & tourists told to stay out, miniature arrow heads the size of matchsticks have been found there along with tiny footprints, Creepy stuff, Oh Dartmoor is one big lump of Granite, They have just closed the Prison because of Radon Gas 😳

Only education, training, and experience teach those skills. I’m an Oregonian born and bread. When I was a child we had a lil cabin/ shack on Bear creek just above Rose Lodge. My brother, Dad, and friends were avid experienced hunters, we all backpacked yearly. My brothers friend got lost, luckily it ended well. Never underestimate the wilderness!

Dave, my time frame to watch your videos is in the early morning. Today is an afternoon catch-up session as I was busy this morning.
I'm out enjoying eastern Washington right now. Snow free as can be which is concerning. Crazy weather patterns everywhere, it seems.

It seems to me people who verbally attack others are lacking something on the inside side of themselves. Something I'll never understand. It's disgusting to hear other YouTubers, speak lowly of another. I'm so sorry that happened to you. In is a feeble attempt to build themselves up, which in my humble opinion back fires on them. I've always admired your professional stance, how you take the high ground and don't join in the slop some throw your way.
