A very good summary of all you need to know about those diabetic numbers. Forecast your lab A1C when you deviate from your standard routine and fix your sugar spikes with the A1C Estimator

This chart is incredibly helpful! It’s so useful to have clear reference points for blood sugar levels, both fasting and after eating. Understanding these ranges is key to managing diabetes and maintaining overall health. I appreciate how easy-to-read and informative this chart is—it gives great insight into what levels are healthy and when to take action. Thank you for providing such valuable information, it's definitely something I’ll keep bookmarked for quick reference! 🙌📊

My blood test results said ideal glucose levels is meant to be between 3.0 - 6.0 and my result was bang in the middle with 4.5. Was happy to hear this because diabetes worries me but I’m only 31

months ago I was first diagnosed with diabetes and my number was 250 I was on my up there and the truth is if I hadn't took my blood test and find out about my blood sugar range I wouldn't be here today and I would of suffered a diabetic coma and thankfully by the Grace of God I didn't ignore the blood test and my doctor caught it before it done reached it's peek. And lately since my last visit at the clinic with my doctor I had done a whole complete 360 and started exercising more and eating alot of vegetables and alot of protein. It is showing completely different results. And my blood sugar is 120 and I am continuing my progress to get it lower back to normal but I know it for sure that it will happen on my next visit with my doctor next year praying hands together and keep them fingers crossed for me.

Good video, I watched a couple others on the subject before this one, and this was the first clear simple explanation. Thank you. I've been doing a low carb diet and decided to start checking my blood glucose just to have a better idea of whats going on in my body and today was my first doing tests. Right after getting out of bed it was 91 and only up to 101 two hours after breakfast, so I seem to be in good shape. I'm also doing OMAD and breakfast is the only meal I eat so I think two measurements a day is all I'll take.

Testing blood sugar in the morning isn't a good standard as a fasting test... because of the "dawn effect" which is fairly common. Before waking up your body increases your blood sugar levels to aid you in preparation of your day.

Thank you for this great information to gauge our blood sugar levels. It is comforting to have numbers to compare with to ascertain blood readings as we counteract diabetes with diet and exercise routines. A very valuable video !!!

Thank you for such helpful information. I'm currently testing my sugar just to try to be healthy. I check my sugar levels first thing in the morning my stomach and then on my finger. The reading on my stomach can be up to ten points lower than the reading on my finger. I need to know which reading is the most accurate.
