What Is Normal Blood Sugar | The Key To Longevity is a video that gives you a detailed look at how you can manage your blood glucose when you understand normal blood sugar mg/dl.

Sugar is a major player in the destruction of societal health. Normal blood sugar levels offer incredible health benefits as chronically high blood sugar and insulin levels are related to inflammatory and neurodegenerative conditions. Normal glucose levels in the blood over a lifetime will offer you the health and longevity you desire.

What is normal blood sugar is a question I receive a lot. You can easily monitor your blood sugar levels with some simple meters sold at even grocery stores. Many people find that they have been living in a pre-diabetic state as a result of their sugar filled lifestyle. Pre-diabetes gone undetected for many years leads to severe degenerative health conditions.

Blood sugar levels associated with pre-diabetes are 100-125 mg/dl. The symptoms of pre-diabetes can vary but are typically associated with frequent urination, excessive thirst, dizziness, and fatigue. Normal blood sugar can be accomplished through lifestyle changes that include exercise, healthy diet and utilizing remedies that specifically have been proven to lower blood glucose levels.

When you ask the question of what is normal blood sugar you will now have the answer, Be sure to implement these strategies so that you are not like the millions of people walking around with pre-diabetes or the condition type two diabetes.

I went from 450 blood sugars to below 100 in about 3 months with fasting daily exercise low carb diet, and weight loss. I like the one meal a day plan. I feel great and plan to stay healthy from now on.

I am a teacher and tell this to all of my students at least once week. I lost my father at 52 to type 2. I have since changed my life using 48 and 72 hour fasts. I went from having blood sugars in the 300s. I tested it today and tested at 81. This man speaks the truth. The less sugar you have and the less frequent you eat the lower your sugar will go. Do not use medicine from the doctor as it will make you even more sick. If you value your own life you will do whatever it takes to make the changes necessary to be healthy. At the end of the day it's always about discipline.

Here I am, careening towards my 70th birthday, and I find your videos pop up in my YouTube feed! Besides the age, I’m 60lbs overweight and yes, a type 2 diabetic. I’m a new subscriber, it only took two videos! We have seven grandchildren under 8 years old, and with your wisdom, I think I’ll be able to see them into their twenties! Thank Doc!

I was diagnosed as diabetic last year... it didn't make sense, I was not overweight... 189 lbs. But numbers don't lie. I went kicking and screaming into using a meter... but I had to as I had a glucose of 486+ a year ago and a 7.8 A1c, Doc tried to put me on meds, but I went for a keto diet. It was hard as I have always had a sweet tooth (cookies, cake, donuts, sodas, more cookies). 4 months ago I was down to a 6.8 A1c and glucose levels of 180-140 (Doc tried to get me on meds again, but I thew out the prescription), 4 months after that I am now at a 5.2 A1c and 98-110 glucose levels and my weight was 184 lbs... all because I just changed my diet to keto/paleo. I found the comments in all the YouTube videos were very helpful for me so I am adding my experience.
