I like how Legends explain how Palpatine can come back from the dead. While Disney version is just: Palpatine is alive but no explanation on how he is still alive.

The idea of palpatine returning is kinda dumb to me, both legends and canon, but legends explained his return and his plan a WHOLE LOT better than canon.

I'd like to clarify that I'm not a hypocrite, Palpatine coming back in this story and in Rise of Skywalker both make no sense and fundamentally ruins Anakin's sacrifice and goes against the idea of the Sith being unable to transcend death.  

But at least in this Legends, they explained how Palpatine did this which makes it marginally better than Rise of Skywalker.

Can't say I liked Palpatine coming back to life. It made Vader's sacrifice meaningless.
