Why Microsoft does not need a new version of Windows to make money

The majority of the money comes from Enterprise volume licensing not consumers

Windows has had so many free upgrades for new versions, I have lost count

I wish they can go back to like it was in xp 7 and vista and 8 without having to move one to new version of windows 10 after 18 months I dont like it
