So, this is where I differ from Calvinists, that God goes against our will to make us believe.
I say make because according to them we are unable to turn to God, I guess no matter what, therefore God will have to make us believe against our will, that's just the logical conclusion.

But what I believe, which is testified throughout Scripture, is that God allows us to go our way, using our will, and is longsuffering toward us, who are fitted to destruction, as we are willing to follow after the serpent, Satan and the devil to hell, prepared for the devil and his angels, rather than God who leads us to glory.
In His longsuffering, our hearts will grow harder and harder in His absence from our lives. As represented by the wicked hearts of men in the time between Adam and Noah. When God took His Spirit, which I would say put them all in a spirit of slumber.
They knew of God but they could not know Him in an intimate relationship.

So according to what I receive from God concerning repentance, is God made a way to humble man? Beginning with labor pains for the woman and cursing the ground for the man.
God said I will humble them that are exalted and exalt them that are humbled, per our example with the prodigal son.
The next step was to destroy the flesh, therefore God cast man out of the Garden and into the world where the devil roams until the woes of this world bring a man to his knees and then he will be able to see God.

I could go on but I'll stop there lol.

Very good. I agree with you and RC. I would add the Arminian view also misunderstands the sovereignty of God too. Somehow they believe they have some innate sovereignty of their own and salvation is cooperative effort not a totally the work of God. Nearly pelagian in viewpoint.

I guess Apostle Paul wasn't a Calvinist then. 😂😂😂

There is no belief in Jesus without God drawing an unbeliever first. Otherwise it becomes centered on our will, as the first mover and the initiator of our own salvation. Paul had it right, we were dead in sin. Ephesians 2.
