I got a tip to eat a banana before a crossfit workout and it did wonders. Made me aware of how I was under eating for the workout and how sabotaging it can be to weight loss goals.

I have a couple questions, one will crossfit help me lose weight? Two, I have a 15 year old daughter who plays field hockey, basketball and lacrosse, will crossfit help her run faster, have better endurance and/or jump higher? Thank you

Money should have been #1. Budget to pay for gym time & coaching time. Insurance shopping should be #2. Plan for insurance that cover injuries & hope you never have to use it. #3 Cost to participate in competitions. #4 Budget for flying, hotels, food, etc. #5 Workouts to include cloths & equipment.
