In this plus size fitness video I'm giving all of my tips for crossfit. If you are thinking about trying crossfit, or are a beginner, or on the plus side, I'm sharing you my experience and tips on starting crosssfit as a beginner.

This video was so inspiring! I've been doing crossfit for 1 year and a half. At first I was discouraged because I was easily out of breath, couldn't finish the workouts and was literally crawling across the floor at one point when doing bear crawls. I have great coaches and an amazing community that encouraged me to keep coming to class. Fast forward my burpees have improved, I have completed workouts under the time cap, my body composition has changed and my confidence is through the roof! I hope this inspires someone who is on the fence about starting or continuing with crossfit. Everything stated in this video is absolutely true!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for six weeks and I want to quit, I’m having a bit of a crisis of confidence, I’m the only one at my fitness level at my gym… I’m gonna go in tomorrow though after watching your video :-) wish me luck!

I am plus size and I do Crossfit! People look at me so crazy cause I am still on the big side but I love it. Some moves I do and some I don't do due to my size but I do a substitute. Everyday day in the box is new challenge. The first time I tried it and was like im not going back it was to hard but now Im in month 6 and loving it. Nutrition is still something I struggle with but with these tips I am going to try something new. Also the don't compete with other people in the gym is one I Be happy with the workout you do for yourself 6 month ago I couldn't do a mile but now its not fast but I can do a mile! Confidence has went up and I wear things I would never even thought about buying. These are great tips!! I am defiantly subscribing to this

girl this was a sign! i got recommended ur video just as i was thinking of getting a free trial off a crossfit gym across my home? i just started my fitness journey two months ago and am trying to work my way to be more confident to work out in public and this!! was so good! u got urself a sub! that gym anxiety as a bigger person is so fucking real

Yeees! Love this your tips are all so spot on. I’ve actually been doing CrossFit for 5 years now and it’s such a big journey both mentally and physically. 🙌🏻
Have to disagree with “don’t eat before” though I’d pass out 😂 I personally have to make sure I eat before I train usually within the hour. I think everyone is different though.
Great content I’d love to see more of your CrossFit stuff.

I love this video it is so inspirational and true whether you are plus size or not. CrossFit has a great community, it is inclusive and it will make you stronger. On the days I get gym anxiety I watch this video to remind myself about all the benefits it brings

Thank you for this! I am also plus size and starting out with CrossFit. I completed my 2nd CrossFit class last night and woo I am sore! I let my size/self doubt keep me from trying CrossFit for a long time. Luckily I met some really nice coaches and everyone who works out at this gym are super friendly and welcoming. I am excited to be on this journey and to continue getting stronger. :)
