First off I am grateful for having found you Chris. I'm one of the worst. Started smoking at the age of 15. That was 45 years ago. Times were obviously different then. With your journey, and your inspiration, you have given me strength and resolve . I put the last one out 5 weeks ago. I never want to go back. I'm also exercising and in tune with watching you taking the deep breaths. We know now that is pure bliss. Good Luck to all of you on your Quit. We all know what it's doing to us. Thanks, Just another yankee.

Hello Chris, it's been a while since I last watched a video from you; work stuff etc. Anyway, I'm glad you're still posting and congrats on your book :) For those who will read the comment section; I have become a non-smoker over 1 year ago. I smoked for 20 years, 2 to 3 packs of Camels a day. All my friends and husband were smokers. This means anyone can do it, so do not think you cannot quit.

Hello. Thank you very much for posting this information. I have smoked for about 40 years - a pack a day smoker and this information is really encouraging for me while I continue implementing my lifestyle changes to go with being a "new" non smoker of 4 weeks and counting. In that short amount of time I have noticed my body going through different stages of withdrawal - fierce as hell the first week but slowly tapering off and now I note my body starting to feel better. I remember I had to work at smoking - the coughing and feeling sick after until my body got addicted to cigarettes and the chemicals it contained. Now I am fighting to remain smoke free and reading articles of this manner gives me a great deal of hope AND encouragement to continue maintaining a smoke free lifestyle. Everyone is so right - it is never too late to stop smoking. Good luck to each traveling the road of being smoke free. A big hug to anyone who may need it and always remember - you are fighting for YOU.

Thank you for this! Our bodies are incredible if only we surrender ourselves to Spirit. I feel so much regret about how badly I've abused my body for so many years...My body deserved better! But I have quit now for good and am on day 31. It was tough but it's so good to know I'm doing right by my body. I'm amazed by its power! Thank you for this video! 🙏

After 37 years of inhaling 7000 toxins into my body I'm now 4 weeks smoke free. It's taken 8 attempt s to get here but I'm doing it with no help at all just a positive mental attitude. Proud as punch

I only smoked cigarettes for 1 year. For the first 6 months it was usually 1 pack every 2 days. Then I moved onto vaping, I have not touched a single cigarette since then. I started smoking when I turned 18 so it was the summer of 2018. I quit smoking spring of 2019. As of now I’m 3 days without nicotine, and I feel great. You’re positivity, and knowledge from this has really helped me, and I’m glad I’m dropping this habit I’ve only been in for 1 year. I was also wanting to ask, how damaged do you think my lungs are compared to 20+year smokers?

Yes, your lungs do repair themselves and your body destroys cancer cells when you quit smoking.
Problem is, it takes so long to do it that you're liable to croak anyway. Still, you're better off not smoking.

I am coming up on 12 months quitting after 35 years. It FEELS like the new cells are actively repairing my lungs. 🫁. Little today…little more tomorrow. Give it up everyone. Sucked for about 4 months for me. The psychological factor. But after that, no more cravings or desires. It eventually does stop. Just hang on a few months! Let your body repair those 🫁. Breath better. Live longer. You will be so much happier. Trust.
