The Lung Capacity Test mentioned in the video doesn’t indicate completely healthy lungs. But in several conditions like Asthma & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorders, the lung capacities are reduced.
Average breath holding capacity of normal lungs is about 30-90 seconds under normal circumstances and varies from age to age and also can vary due to some underlying condition.
One can increase their capacity by regularly practising breathing exercises.
