Those read and black MSI AMD cards are not reliable and are poor at overclocking; they seem to get fan problems or completely die. Yes Gigabyte fans break a lot. Do you bother fixing the fans?

Well, for CPU Amd is way ahead of the competition. Not sure how much depends on the supplier of the amd cards that fans break.

with 5-30k per steakholder out of 2-4 total starting, what would be a profitable way to go about building a mining set up? What sort of currency /algorithm would be the best thing to go for? From the summary of this video, Nvidia is a better investment. I see you have 1060's and 1070's here. You buy graphics cards new from factory/ bulk supply, unknown if theres a discount in obtaining them this way or if you're paying full retail for them. what sort of ROI do you expect when you purchase your mining power ( Gpu's ) & have you considered cpu's ?

from some charts recently ive seen profitability of CPU's recently is higher than GPU's, cpus are often less expensive than gpu's aswell. This maybe because of specific things they are being used to mine, not super sure as alot of people like to mine cryptos that arent worth while, while I feel ether, btc, xmr, ect are much more secure investments for your effort.
