How could anyone hate this movie?? How can you not LOVE Kevin Bacon as Shaw, Fassbender as the young, vengeful Magneto and the player / party animal, Prof X played beautifully by McAvoy?

The exchanges and the banter between Charles and Erik were and still remain one of the best examples of excellent writing, great acting and fantastic directing all executed in harmony. Goosebumps all over!

It was that line that hooked me on to watching this movie when I was 11. I thought it was so badass

As much as I sort of enjoyed the original X-Men movies, I have to say one of the few times I prefer these over the originals.

Magneto lifting the submarine out of the ocean is one of the best CGI I have ever seen! It's just mind-boggling to watch!
