Here comes Day 2 of our first challenge of 2021!
For the second day of the Get Shredded 2-Week Challenge, we're working on our six-packs. Nice.
We're blending cardio and ab exercises for a comprehensive shredded six-pack workout.
I strongly recommend warming up and cooling down before and after every workout.
