Here comes Day 2 of our first challenge of 2021!

For the second day of the Get Shredded 2-Week Challenge, we're working on our six-packs. Nice.

We're blending cardio and ab exercises for a comprehensive shredded six-pack workout.

I strongly recommend warming up and cooling down before and after every workout.

Love your workouts! Usually 25 minutes feels forever for me when working out but time passed so smoothly and quickly with this workout which I love. I must say that I think a contributing factor is that your workout moves are so different which also makes the workout interesting and not boring. Thank you!

This may be my favorite ab workout ever. I'm complete rubbish at the front and back kicks and had to use a chair to help with balance, but that crunches and hundreds combo! I might be swooning a little. Also really appreciated the thorough stretching at the end.

I've been meaning to say this forever but after trying Every Single Workout Chanell on youtube (and I mean everything) you are the best chanell youtube has recommended for me!!! You got me in the mood where I'm looking forward to working out every day and can't wait to see what new thing I'll do next - I don't know if its the workout format, or the aesthetic (which is gorgeous) the fact that you don't talk and the music is good - maybe just all of it but just wanted to say it: keep up the amazing job I can't wait!!! Seriously tho, thanks for these. I used to weigh 74kg (163 pounds) & was shredded but now weigh 92kg (202 pounds) and am not-so-shredded - to put it lightly lol. Your fitness regimes are a big part of my way back to where I want to be! Thanks legend!

Loving all your workouts so much so I've only done 3 videos, but I can tell I'm going to be obsessed. Love the music, the exercises, the vibe, and most of all the pups joining the workout :) :) my pup is usually right by me as well lol!
