I'm 53 and I've been taking vitamin C since I was 25 and I don't have any wrinkles at all..also, as many my age have already gotten diabetes, I have not...however, as far as adrenals go...I go into adrenal fatigue very quickly and the vitamin C does not seem to help with that...I have to take a lot of nutritional yeast flakes to combat that...I have gotten up to 2, 000 mg a day of vitamin C...I truly think it has really helped me over the years...I suggest that everyone take it....

I don't eat sauerkraut often but it has loads of vitamin C and fiber.

I am really liking this new liposomal vitamin C liquid that I take now...way easier on the stomach than ascorbic acid and can take more of it therefore. I also like amla powder and camu camu powder.
