I am doing self experiment
I was diagnosed coronary calcification and I read K2 may help, so I take D3+K2 combo supplement
Hopefully the issue fixed in few months

My wisdom tooth grew suddenly two weeks into MK7 supplementing (GNC 100mcg) -I also take mega Magnesium and D3 and eat calcium rich foods, and this wisdom tooth is over 20 years old, but it grew so much it broke an OLD molar it was up against for space.

By the way, goat gouda is high in K2. Goat cheeses are higher in taurine as well. I stay away from cow's milk in general, not fanatical about it, but just in general.
