I want to thank Dr Berg for all his info given on Body Types and intermittent fasting etc. Since I started following his tips, I'm beginning to loose fat around my middle which have been there for 15 - 16 years. ( Adrenal Body type). I've also been suffering from reflux, indigestion, bloating ( everytime I eat) fatigue, sometimes problem sleeping. Since I came across Dr Berg 6 weeks ago, everything I mentioned above is Gone! Getting slimmer around the waist line. I cannot believe my eyes.. I feel lighter everyday day, have energy all throughout the day and getting the best sleep ever.. The best part is having fun preparing meals which does not feel like hard work anymore .. I'm doing ACV and lemon in the morning, No Sugar whatsoever, 3 meals a day with no Snacking in between, no white rice, cereals, bread etc.. I feel amazing!
So Dr Berg, no words can describe how thankful I am to everything you're doing to help people like me who has tried all kinds of diet but failed countless times over the years. Thank you once again from my heart. 🙏🏾

I have so many of these symptoms. Trying to wake up from a nap was more recent. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't wake up! Trying this today.

Not even joking. I’m going to buy some for myself. I got some for my mother. She started having trigger finger. Took her first pill at night. Literally the next morning woke up and pain dramatically dropped.

Dr Berg, I'd like to see "What I ate today videos from you" or "Day in the life videos" I know you say you eat the same thing but to see your route would be helpful. When you say 3-4 ounces of meat, protein is that cooked or uncooked? Show mw on a video :)

B6 is also needed for your body to correctly produce insulin when you are taking in a lot of carbs. Otherwise you will produce xanthurenic acid and a something that looks like but is not insulin. That's how they determine if your B6 levels are ok - by how much xanthurenic acid is in your urine.

I'm bipolar II and have generalized anxiety disorder. I take hydroxyzine for anxiety and am finding the right meds for the bipolar. For the past week I've been taking a b complex vitamin every day, and I've noticed that I don't feel as anxious or unable to think. It's hard to explain. I simply feel a little more like myself.

Thank you Dr. Berg, I always learn something when I watch your vids. Thank you also for your contributions toward a more informed public. I'd like to ask you if you'd make a video on Vit. D3 and dosages (and indications on determining length of treatment)f for acute problems like asthma and joint pain. I am very familiar with how D3 works and the importance of maintaining the right levels through accumulation, but I would like to understand more about high dosage treatments and how long to maintain these dosages (realizing every person is different and starts off with different blood levels) before leveling off to a maintenance dose. Even my ND is unaware of this and I can't seem to find it anywhere online, that I trust.

Thank you! I will take this. I take B12 because I thought that was my problem and all that my tests show is that I have High B12. I really don't have more energy. Perhaps I have been taking the wrong B vitamin. :)

How much would you say is a recommended daily dose of B6 for a 35 y o female? I’m currently taking Mood Boost by LESlabs and it has 5mg per pill.
