I've been dicking around for over two weeks trying to figure out how to install xformers without doing it the 'long way', watching video after video, going through each of their install instructions step-by-step, stumbling through the heavy russian accents and clumsy/crowded/too fast demonstration videos of them doing it...
Each time, launching 1111 and seeing 'xformers not installed' over and over...

There was another tutorial I followed that I thought would work, but I guess the person who uploaded it didn't think there'd be a difference between Nvidia and AMD. I know Nvidia is the popular brand for GPUs, but AMD users do exist!
