The batch file wont run. Windows is blocking it and when I press more info the run anyway is not there as an option. The first time this has ever happened. Other batch files run o.k. Any suggestions?

Hi. Does SD3 work with SD1.5/XL checkpoints/lora and other? Does it have controllnet ui? Do you suggest to go to SD3 from 1.5/XL ?
