00:22 - Breathing exercise

478 Breathing Technique (5 min) - Powerful relaxation technique to practice regularly.

1) Breath in through your nose quietly (4 sec)
2) Hold your breath (7 sec)
3) Breath out through your mouth audibly

➡ Try to do at least 4 breath cycles out of 8 cycles at one time.
➡ Practice this exercise at least twice a day.
➡ You don't necessarily need to stick to the exact count.
➡ It may take days or weeks before you notice physiological changes.

✔️ Effective anti anxiety technique
✔️ Lower heart rate
✔️ Lower blood pressure
✔️ Improve digestion
✔️ Improve blood circulation

• This 432 Hz music embeds the 7.83Hz frequency tone (Schumann Resonance).

Hi! Could you please do a video longer than this. Maybe 40min. If you could do a loop on this breathing and post. It is to little with 2 min and because of the breathing not started until 0.25 in the video it doesent work to play it from the beginning. I want it to flow without pauses.
Please do that ☀️🧡

J'aime beaucoup vos vidéos qui m'aident à m'endormir quand je n'arrive pas à trouver le sommeil mais juste une question, vous ne faites plus d'histoire de méditation guidée pour s'endormir (comme la montgolfière, le marchand de sable, ...)?
J'aimais beaucoup ce format ^^

(EXCUSE ME, I FARTED) Erin skinned her knee. . . damn, I forgot band-aids on my list. (9, 10, 11. .THAT'S TOO LONG) . Hopefully Janice will let her skip P.E. class today, she needs to study for the S.A.T. next month. . Did Amazon deliver that book? (1...2...3...4...) Cable bill is almost past due. . . I hope I can get out of Jury duty. . . (FUK. . . I'M NEVER GOING TO FALL ASLEEP). . . Maybe I will take a Benadryl a half hour before bedtime tomorrow night. . . with Wine :)
