00:22 - Breathing exercise
478 Breathing Technique (5 min) - Powerful relaxation technique to practice regularly.
1) Breath in through your nose quietly (4 sec)
2) Hold your breath (7 sec)
3) Breath out through your mouth audibly
➡ Try to do at least 4 breath cycles out of 8 cycles at one time.
➡ Practice this exercise at least twice a day.
➡ You don't necessarily need to stick to the exact count.
➡ It may take days or weeks before you notice physiological changes.

✔️ Effective anti anxiety technique
✔️ Lower heart rate
✔️ Lower blood pressure
✔️ Improve digestion
✔️ Improve blood circulation
• This 432 Hz music embeds the 7.83Hz frequency tone (Schumann Resonance).
• To help you synchronize with the Earth's vibration, we also added pure theta waves binaural beats with a 7.83Hz frequency gap (Left frequency = 68.031Hz / Right frequency = 75.861Hz).
• Listen with headphones.
