Upright Health I hope you read this. I wanted to tell you how much you have helped me. I was having so much pain in my hips. I was so depressed and scared when I found you. You kept saying when you're having pain, think muscle. Well, I started doing your exercises and my pain finally started going away! It wasn't over night, but I stuck with it and I'm much better! I swear that’s not a fart… classic 😂😂😂😂😂 I absolutely love these videos, they’ve helped me so much with my hip problems hat I’ve had since birth. Following your instructions have releived a lot of the pain I was in. I like the fact you said to train your weaker side more to catch up with your stronger side, it seems obvious but I don’t think many people realise it’s imperative.

you are absolutely the best & your advice is exactly right. i do yoga & pilates daily & dont have any issues because of how much stretching & do, but i still love watching you & learn more info. You really know what your talking about. im currently working on my asian squat, this is a position i struggle a bit with & watched your video on that!

I'm going to do this as soon as I get home from work. I clean houses, and my left hip is always tight and sore, I think because I stabilize all of the right-handed movements with it.

Watching this to see what prehab exercises I need to add to my routine prior to my scheduled hip replacement surgery on October 30. Sadly, sometimes that is the solution. Been fighting it for 2 years. Left hip was replaced 10 years ago and it’s been great.

When you have glut tendonitis, should you concentrate on stretching that area which is burning and tender, or strengthen those weak gluts which PT said was my issue, also have fibromyalgia.

Tennis ball trigger point release ticks it off, so he said to stop that.
I am in need of daily programs for back, glutes, etc. for senior.
Seems weakness is the problem causing pain in seniors.
Need a full body program.

My quads try to take over every time I try to do movements meant to activate my glutes. My quads have zero chill! Any tips for getting them to quiet down so my glutes can do the work?

Hi, i dont know if you are going to reply this comment but some days ago i had two vit d injections & after some days this hip pain started, very bad i cant even walk nd sit. But i when i lay down on that left side i feel i have something hard like 1 cm. so i gone to some other doc. he ordered xray of back nd hip. Both are okay but he said there can be stress on back then i told i feel something here on side hip buttock, same place i have intense pain. my father said when he was young some doctor gave him injection wrong way, so he had to go thro operation where they drain buildup. Maybe i also got it? thing is mine is internal. my father was like visible on skin mine doesnot. I feel when i press hard.
