Hello ! I do  yoga and streching exercice and I canot not du push up because my shoulder hurt me. Can I build my muscle of chest only with this exercice with ball ? Could we don more than one time a Week ? Thanks in advance :)

This is pretty misleading. You don't build muscle doing this...you alleviate strain in the muscle, perhaps relieve inflammation ..but building muscle? Come on, dude.
