Summer is all about grilling and this easy grilled steak kabobs recipe is one of my favorites! Made with chunks of juicy steak marinated in an herb and garlic marinade, sweet bell peppers and red onion. I love to serve these beef kabobs with my ‘Avocado Chimichurri Sauce’ and ‘Easy Oven-Roasted Potatoes’ to make it a full meal. For best results, marinate the steak for at least 1 hour or even overnight, to get the most flavor!

cant wait to make this soon for me can i use mushrooms and spring onions and roast the bell peppers as am not a big fan of raw bell peppers i never had steak kabobs with peppers and onions before perfect for my after office meals

HI SWEETIE. This is one for the books.very tasty yes. And easy to make.will be a hit I'm sure. But you if you know me I had to step it up just a little.
I bought a whole processed cow.in 2 freezers.theres enough meat in them to last till next yr so I've been smoking up a storm had to go buy another smoker to keep up. My steaks where smoked with hickory wood pellets binder of brown sugar and rubbed with teriyaki sauce. 4 steaks med cut smoked for1 -1/2 at 350. Then made the way you made yours.very very good. I like the fact that I can leave you with you jaw dropped as you know how this is gonna taste. But now your wanting to actually try this for yourself.

Kabobs came out when I was a kid. I never could understand putting things that require different cooking times and temp on a stick. Steak, onions, and peppers is a good combination. mushrooms, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes never do well IMO.
