This idea that they state "refused" when they mean they need some more information is awful. I'm a US citizen and I think the way the embassies treat applicants is terrible. They waste people's time and money and it's often just a way to make people jump through hoops and traumatize them to check their resolve. It's shameful. It needs to change.

Hello Szew Law Group, Inc, thanks for the amazing information that you drop on your channels. I applied for a visiting Visa to the USA in 2015, an agent convinced me to fill in that i was married with a child as a proof of ties to my home country and i agreed to go along with it. My application was denied that i did not qualify for the visa that i was applying to. How will this affect me if i consider reapplying for a visa to the USA or any other country?

Quick question: I had a 221g after embassy interview. Already submitted document and embassy received it. However, my PD is already affected by retrogression per new Visa Bulletin. I had my E2 visa declined in London using info that was given in my application. They wasted my time and money travelling to London for an answer they could have mailed me. Aside from being very unprofessional, it’s just plain rude, as was the interrogator.

I was approved at the window and served the approval white sheet saying I should take my passport with me because the embassy will close for the holidays and that I should log in to my portal after the holidays and print a document I should add to my passport and send it back to them through the post for my visa. When I check my visa status: It shows Refused.
