To all the viewers, this video is basically an advertisement and has nothing to do with the title of the video.

Guys don't restrict yourselves to limited questions. Expect the unexpected and prepared for surprise questions. Could be anything.

My refusal was simply because she brutally judged me, looked down at me and didn't believe that im going to study after 12years of study gap

I had my visa interview in early June. The 1st question which lead to my refusal. Question was simple. Tell me about yourself? Followed by why don't you study in your home country since there are good universities too?
I was quite nervous and couldn't answer a simple question properly. 😢

The main thing we the refused visa applicants must know is the laws and immigration rules. Obviously we the applicants we be refused under certain sections fee 221g or 214b therefore we have to mention sections importantly. We also have to know our case and section reasons. Like 221g is mostly related to inequality and 214b is mostly related to insufficient ties.

I was denied 2 days ago. The VO was just dishing out blue paper throughout the time i was there. I wanted to go to another window but i felt if i change it may pose a problem. I really wish i did😢. But i observed its a pattern with women that have birthed in America before, once you go for renewal - automatic rejection!!!

Last week, I had a visa interview in Dubai, but I was refused. The problem in my case is that I'm a PhD student in Iran right now and I'm going to study a PhD in the USA. However, since the professors in my Iran's academic field work on completely different subjects, I decided to pursue my PhD studies abroad. In order to do so, I applied for PhD positions in Europe and reached out to prospective PhD advisors in the USA and Canada. Eventually, I received three offers from US universities, and I chose the best fit according to my interests. However, during the interview, the officer made a decision as soon as he realized I am currently a PhD student in my home country. He didn't ask me to explain my situation, and the entire interview lasted only 60 or 90 seconds.

Just got refused for the second time at the US embassy, and the second time I literally got refused because the counselor was moody asf. I am a bachelors and master's graduate in the US, and now I was extending my visa for the OPT, which was approved and I got a job offer from, and I get denied by telling me 214b, while not even asking me about my family. The reason why they were rude is because I had a misdeameanor charge, assault and battery 3rd degree that got dismissed. Today I got refused after the counselor asked me "does your employer know you have a criminal record" and then asked "what have you learned". I responded saying that they did know and then I stumbled at the second question and then he again gave me the 214b slip. Doesn't even make sense. I wonder should I go to a country next to so I can try to extend my visa with people that won't have a prejudice.

Hello, I went for my interview and I was refused . When I walked in, we were asked to go to a counter and at the counter, the man took my ds-160 form and my passport and asked me why I am traveling to the us. I stated and he wrote ‘ MAL and R-‘ on the ds-160 and handed it with my passport back to me and asked me to and pay my visa fee. I was interview by the vo and he asked me my purpose in the state. I answered and he said I can’t be granted a visa. What does the MAL and the R- written on my ds-160 means
