Lol. Since last 15 years, I have travelled a lot and filled 3 passports, however when it comes to visiting US, I dread going to US Embassy. I misunderstood a question in Barbados US Embassy and gave wrong answer. Now a friend is wanting to sponsor my visit as he a co-founder of my start-up. I have US visa anxiety and fear. I am 46 well settled now and that incident 15 years ago left a scar on me. Your videos encourge me to apply again. Might as well do a session with you guys first.

1. I was too nervous to answer their questions to the point I was not able to answer them.

I’m going to visit my family and celebrate my birthday.

My brother and my mom.
5. Did they move recently?
No, my brother has been in the states for 7 years. ( I did not tell him that my brother is a nurse.)

I work for the government under DEPED as a public school teacher.

Are you single? Yes

I had a Visa refusal under Art 214(b) 2 months ago in Tallinn, Estonia, the reason for the refusal was indeed the officer's mood and that I was not prepared at all.
After I got the refusal I came across ARGO, today my visa was issued B1/B2. Place Frankfurt, Germany.

Advise for argo team, students don’t know how serious the 1st interview is. That is specifically why i didn’t book a consultation. i would have invested on an argo visa if i knew this would happen.

Thanks a lot Ben for your suggestions and tips. I was in the states for some time and got back 5 years ago. I had again applied for F1 and got rejected twice. After an year and half I applied on H1B and it got approved this week. I think they were looking at my travel history and it was fine. Thanks again

I've been refused 4 times. The fourth time, when I went to the window, the officer told me that neither him nor his next colleague can interview me. I had to go to the third window who didn't interview me yet. But the conclusion was: "Unfortunately, I cannot overcome the previous decisions my colleague had taken". So what I have to do?

If the Visa Officer asked a specific question and you just speak about your highlights, it will look like you're ignoring their questions and will make the officer more suspicious of my case probably will even resent my answers as trying impose an other frame for the interview in my favour.

I have been refused just the once on a 212 (a)(2)(A) CIMT. Does this mean I am permanently ineligible to ever visit the USA? I am thinking about making another application and if i get refused, I may just give up.
