Gunjan ma'am thank you so much for your vidios... I was 90 kgs once then I came to 66 it was ideal with my weight . I m a patient of 'Hypothyroidism' since when I was 4 years old . Now am 24 plus . Recently due to health issues, depression and pressure again I put on and I became 74 kgs . I was so stressed then I saw your videos came to my track with my life full of works .. And this month I lost 1.5 kgs . And today I m sooo happy I found my track again ❤❤

Asalam o alaikum I m from Pakistan I love to see your videos ....Mera weight 67 tha ab 61 ho gaya meine just nashta choti roti aur sath egg ya koi bhi salan khaya lunch mein fruits with salad ya nuts Raat ko phir choti roti aur koi bhi salan khaya Kuch bhi skip nahi kia still active and losing my weight continously
